Steve Steicke - Operations Manager
Steve Steicke has Tertiary Qualifications in Business Management. This coupled with his trade back ground gives Steve vast knowledge to enable him to support our clients at all levels. He has 30 years industry experience supporting the Mining, Oil and Gas, and Chemical Industries. For the past 12+ years, Steve has Managed Engineering companies mainly in the Goldfields Capital of WA, Kalgoorlie, as well as holding a Project Manager position in charge of Site Maintenance support, onsite at a Nickel Processing Plant. He has a Safety Focussed approach to all aspects of the business.
Vaughan Thomson - Commercial Manager
Vaughan Thomson has tertiary commercial qualifications and is a former member of the Australian Society of Accountants. He has in excess of 30 years Senior Management experience working throughout Australia at Senior Executive level for major Australian and International Companies. These roles encompassed General Management, Financial Management, Business Management and a wide range of commercial activities including corporate restructure, commercial initiatives, business/marketing plans and HR/IR policy setting. Prior to joining ARCH Engineering he was the Managing Director for 15 years of one of Western Australia's most prominent Management Consultancies. He has a vast level of experience in a wide range of commercial activities and a very highly developed level of business acumen.
Nick Puca - Project Manager
Nick Puca has 25 years experience in the steel fabrication industry. He has held positions of Workshop Foreman and Site Supervisor roles in the 15 years before joining Arch Engineering. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of Steel Fabrication from Structural, Platework, Pipework and Pressure Vessels/Tankage.
Rod Hobson - Project Manager
Rod has over 15 years of experience and extensive knowledge working in the mining sector for EPCM's and OEM's. During his career, projects have varied widely from conveyors and chutes, through to mobile plant equipment and ground engagement tools. Working at all levels, his roles have primarily been in Engineering, Design and Project Management. He sees Quality Assurance and safety as key to successful business enterprise. With qualifications both in engineering and project management, and his commitment to understanding client requirements, we are certain our clients will receive the highest levels of professional service.
Bradley South - Workshop Manager
Bradley South has 24 years experience in the steel fabrication industry. He completed his apprenticeship as a Boilermaker and in 1986 was named the apprentice of the year in his trade. He has also completed Mechanical Engineering studies. Early in his career he worked on wide variety of applications which included; Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, piping and gold extraction systems. He has served as a Company Director and for 5 years worked as a Senior Manager on a major resource based project in China. For the last 5 years he has been the Workshop Manager at Arch Engineering where he has managed a multi skilled / multi cultural workforce and has gained extensive experience and knowledge working on major resource based projects.
