John Andony- Business Development Manager
John Andony has worked in the Petrochemical / mining industries both offshore and onshore; including time as a State Manager for an International Engineering Company whose head office was in Chicago. John has been involved with Major Resource Projects within the states of Western Australia, South Australia and Overseas. He has a vast amount of experience with qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, having started out over 22years ago as a boilermaker/welder within the Petrochemical/Mining and Resources industry. His wide range of knowledge and international experience has proven beneficial to ARCH in securing contracts with Major Companies since his employment.
Vaughan Thomson- Commercial Manager
Vaughan Thomson has tertiary commercial qualifications and is a former member of the Australian Society of Accountants. He has in excess of 30 years Senior Management experience working throughout Australia at Senior Executive level for major Australian and International Companies. These roles encompassed General Management, Financial Management, Business Management and a wide range of commercial activities including corporate restructure, commercial initiatives, business/marketing plans and HR/IR policy setting. Prior to joining ARCH Engineering he was the Managing Director for 15 years of one of Western Australia's most prominent Management Consultancies. He has a vast level of experience in a wide range of commercial activities and a very highly developed level of business acumen.
Brian Keegan- Operations Manager
Brian Keegan has a Diploma in Fabrication and Welding Technology, has completed Leadership and Management courses at UWA and is a qualified Internal Auditor to ISO 9000.He has over 22 years senior management experience with the responsibilities of leading and managing operations and colleagues, continuously within the mining, oil, gas and construction industries.Some of the positions Brian has held include, General Manager, Senior Estimator, Senior Projects Manager through to his current role as Operations Manager at Arch Engineering.His diverse skills, expertise and experience along with his ability to manage a technical team are strong attributes to enable Arch Engineering to tender, manage and successfully conclude major resource based projects.
Rob Mirco- Senior Project Manager
Rob Mirco has professional qualifications and 25 years experience in engineering /fabrication for the mining, industrial and offshore industries. He has performed various roles during this time including Procurement Manager (member of the Institute of Purchasing & Supply Management), Quality Assurance Manager (full involvement in implementation through to gaining third party quality system accreditation) and Estimating on a wide range of major resource projects. In Rob's role of Senior Project Manager his vast experience, knowledge and dedication ensures he will manage your projects to meet your full expectation on delivery.
Bradley South- Workshop Manager
Bradley South has 24 years experience in the steel fabrication industry. He completed his apprenticeship as a Boilermaker and in 1986 was named the apprentice of the year in his trade. He has also completed Mechanical Engineering studies. Early in his career he worked on wide variety of applications which included; Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, piping and gold extraction systems. He has served as a Company Director and for 5 years worked as a Senior Manager on a major resource based project in China. For the last 5 years he has been the Workshop Manager at Arch Engineering where he has managed a multi skilled / multi cultural workforce and has gained extensive experience and knowledge working on major resource based projects.
